Ingredients

Prices are from Walmart the week of October 18, 2026. Sale prices change every week and differ by store.

Steps

  1. Combine ground turkey, panko, egg, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a bowl. Form 16 meatballs about the size of walnuts.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Working in batches if needed, brown meatballs on all sides for 8 minutes total. Remove to a plate.
  3. Pour soup and water into the pan, scraping up any browned bits. Return meatballs to the pan, add green beans with their liquid, and simmer 8 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, cook egg noodles according to package directions and drain. Serve meatballs and sauce over noodles.

Why it’s cheap

2 of the 11 ingredients were on sale at Walmart the week of October 18, 2026, led by progresso tomato soup at $1.73 instead of $2.48.

The sale items rang up $1.07 under their regular prices.

Penny Meals prices a dinner by the share of each package you actually cook, adds an estimated shelf price for anything that wasn’t on sale, and counts pantry staples like oil and salt as free. That came to $2.16 a serving, or $8.64 for 4 servings.
