These terms cover your use of Penny Meals, operated by DealHawk. By using the service, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our Privacy policy. Contact info@dealhawkpro.io for help.
Your account
Provide an email address you control and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Do not access another person’s account, interfere with the service, or bypass access controls.
Grocery offers and recipes
Penny Meals brings together retailer offers, weekly ads, coupons, and collected product prices. Prices, stock, eligibility, and expiration can change. Some offers are online or regional; a displayed retailer may use a default store’s ad when there is no nearby location. Confirm the store, current price, membership requirements, coupon conditions, and availability with the retailer before shopping.
Retailers sell and fulfill products, determine checkout prices, and handle purchases and returns. Penny Meals does not guarantee that a displayed offer will be available or honored. Recipe costs are estimates based on available prices and ingredient quantities; some ingredients may require a separate purchase. Recipes may be generated with AI. Check ingredients, allergens, preparation steps, and safe cooking requirements for your needs.
Free access and Penny Meals Plus
A free account provides a limited preview of grocery deals and access to available free features. The server selects up to ten preview deals per store; filters do not unlock the full feed. Penny Meals Plus unlocks the full available deal feed while an eligible subscription or trial is active. Store coverage and the number of offers vary.
Subscriptions, trials, and cancellation
On the web, Stripe Checkout shows the plan price and billing period before you confirm. Web subscriptions begin when you complete Checkout and do not include the App Store introductory trial. In the iPhone app, the App Store purchase screen shows the price, billing period, and any eligible introductory offer. Creating a Penny Meals account does not itself start a subscription or trial.
Web subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Use Manage billing on your Penny Meals profile to update your payment method or cancel through Stripe's billing portal. For web billing or refund questions, contact info@dealhawkpro.io. App Store subscriptions renew under the terms shown by Apple; any eligible free trial converts to the displayed paid plan unless canceled in time. Manage or cancel App Store billing through Apple subscription settings. Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple through Report a Problem. Restore Purchase in the iPhone app checks for an existing eligible App Store purchase.
Deleting your account
Open Profile → Delete account to request permanent account deletion. You will need your password and an explicit confirmation. Account deletion removes account access and associated data as described in the Privacy policy.
Deleting your account closes its Penny Meals web subscription before the account is removed. If web billing cannot be closed, deletion pauses so you can retry. Account deletion does not cancel Apple billing. Cancel an App Store subscription or trial in Apple settings if you do not want it to renew.
Service availability and changes
The service depends on retailer feeds, hosting providers, and subscription services. Features or data may be temporarily unavailable, incomplete, or delayed. We may update the app, change supported sources, and address misuse or operational problems. These terms do not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
