Steps
- Bring a large pot of salted water to boil and cook the egg noodles according to package directions; drain and return to pot.
- In a small saucepan, heat the four cheese sauce over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in the thawed frozen spinach and butter until the spinach is incorporated and the butter melts.
- Add a splash of milk to thin the sauce if needed.
- Pour the cheese and spinach sauce over the drained noodles and toss to coat.
- Season with black pepper and salt, and serve.
