Steps
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Mix shredded chicken, tomatoes with green chilies, half the cheese, and cumin in a bowl.
- Warm tortillas in a skillet with a light coat of olive oil until pliable.

- Cover with remaining cheese and bake 20 minutes until heated through and cheese melts.
- Drizzle with sour cream before serving if desired.
