Ingredients

Prices are from Sprouts the week of October 4, 2026. Sale prices change every week and differ by store.

Steps

  1. Heat focaccia in a 400°F oven for 8 minutes.
  2. Dice onion and mince garlic. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook onion until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add garlic, cumin and paprika, cook 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Stir in tomatoes and chickpeas, simmer 5 minutes to blend flavors.
  5. Make 8 small wells in the sauce and crack an egg into each. Cover and cook until whites set but yolks still jiggle, about 5 to 7 minutes.
  6. Uncover, sprinkle cilantro if using, and broil 2 minutes until eggs are set as you like them.
  7. Serve with warm focaccia for scooping.
