Ingredients

Prices are from Winn-Dixie the week of October 4, 2026. Sale prices change every week and differ by store.

Steps

  1. Slice peppers into strips, removing seeds and stems. Slice onion into thick half-moons.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add peppers and onion, cook 6 to 7 minutes until charred and tender, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add chicken strips to the skillet along with the fajita seasoning mix and 1/4 cup water. Toss everything together and cook 3 to 4 minutes until chicken is heated through and flavors meld.
  4. Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or directly over a gas flame until pliable. Serve chicken and pepper mixture with warm tortillas on the side.
