Ingredients

Prices are from Walmart the week of October 18, 2026. Sale prices change every week and differ by store.

Steps

  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta until just tender, about 8 to 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. While pasta cooks, warm the tuna pasta bowl according to package directions, about 1 to 2 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the cooked pasta with the warm tuna mixture, fresh greens, cherry tomatoes, and half the lemon juice. Drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Season with salt and pepper, divide between plates, and serve with remaining lemon wedges.

Why it’s cheap

2 of the 7 ingredients were on sale at Walmart the week of October 18, 2026, led by starkist smart bowls zesty lemon pasta and beans with tuna at $1.00 instead of $1.28.

Penny Meals prices a dinner by the share of each package you actually cook, adds an estimated shelf price for anything that wasn’t on sale, and counts pantry staples like oil and salt as free. That came to $2.63 a serving, or $5.26 for 2 servings.
