Ingredients

Prices are from ALDI the week of October 18, 2026. Sale prices change every week and differ by store.

Steps

  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and add egg noodles. Cook according to package directions until tender, then drain and set aside.
  2. Season pork chops on both sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Heat 1 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Work in two batches if needed: cook pork chops 5 to 6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Set aside on a plate.
  4. In the same skillet, add remaining butter and the frozen spinach. Cook, stirring, for 5 to 7 minutes until spinach is thawed and any liquid evaporates.
  5. Toss the cooked noodles with the spinach in the skillet. Divide onto plates and top with pork chops.

Why it’s cheap

3 of the 7 ingredients were on sale at ALDI the week of October 18, 2026, led by boneless center cut pork chops at $4.79 instead of $5.39.

Penny Meals prices a dinner by the share of each package you actually cook, adds an estimated shelf price for anything that wasn’t on sale, and counts pantry staples like oil and salt as free. That came to $1.70 a serving, or $6.80 for 4 servings.
