Steps

1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add ground beef and cook, breaking it apart as it browns, until no pink remains, about 8 minutes. Drain excess fat if needed.
3. Season with cumin, salt, and pepper.
4. Warm taco shells according to package directions.
5. Halve avocados, remove the pit, scoop into a bowl, and mash with lime juice and a pinch of salt.
6. Fill shells with beef, top with avocado mixture and cilantro, and serve immediately.
