Ingredients

Prices are from Publix the week of October 11, 2026. Sale prices change every week and differ by store.

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Arrange the frozen stuffed clams on a baking sheet and bake for 12 to 15 minutes until heated through and browned.
  3. While clams cook, separate the crescent roll dough and arrange on another baking sheet, brush lightly with melted butter, and bake alongside the clams for 10 to 12 minutes until golden.
  4. Toss the coleslaw mix with the dressing and a pinch of salt and pepper, divide among plates alongside the clams and rolls.

Why it’s cheap

4 of the 6 ingredients were on sale at Publix the week of October 11, 2026, led by matlaw's stuffed clams at $2.80 instead of $5.59.

The sale items rang up $9.79 under their regular prices.

Penny Meals prices a dinner by the share of each package you actually cook, adds an estimated shelf price for anything that wasn’t on sale, and counts pantry staples like oil and salt as free. That came to $2.43 a serving, or $7.29 for 3 servings.
